Everywhere lack of space exists, everywhere flexibility is required, everywhere there is need of availability of an easy to use ,but reliable machine, a SIMIMPIANTI 4L press finds its application. Plain as project, standardized in oleo dynamic and electrical components, the 4L press, from the small FORTUNA to the imposing 200 Tons, is distinguished by its rationality, by its versatility, by its durability. Most up to date and choice components allow a fast and accurate spare parts service. The platens, in fabricated steel, covered with a thin foil of raw aluminum for the chemical protection, may be disposed for heating by water circulation, oil or electricity, in the last case either with boiler or with resistances directly connected into the platens. The platens have no screws on the edges and their whole surface may be entirely used without leaving behind marks even if gluing thin veneer or plastic laminates. The cylinders are in special seats and lay on planed supporting platens. The thrust. plates of the pistons are also planed, and reinforced with suitable tabs. As customer option, on the presses with 8 or 10 cylinders, a parting valve makes it possible to exclude the 4 external rams for the gluing of short panels, without having to lay in between any further piece to compensate the insufficient thickness. |
